For our Recombinant Product Development department in Marburg, we are looking for a

Intern Nanoparticle Downstream Processing (m/f/d) - R-207982

Role

We have an opportunity available for an Intern to join the R&D team at CSL Behring Innovation in Marburg. Our team focuses on delivery of new biotherapies to treat serious medical conditions. You will join a global network of scientists and engineers who develop and manufacture recombinant proteins, vaccines, and cell-based gene therapies for pre-clinical and human clinical trials.

Main Responsibilities and Accoutabilities:

  • Conduct experimental studies involving the purification and filtration of nanoparticles

  • Operation of equipment pertaining to the downstream processing of nanoparticles

  • Work and collaborate closely with other concerned members.

  • Documentation and reporting of experimental studies and activities. Analysis of experimental data.

Experience in the following areas is an advantage:

  • (Tangential Flow) Filtration or other membrane filtration processes

  • Surface chemistry

  • Data analysis

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • A University Degree in a relevant field of Science (e.g. Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences)

    • English Level 2
